The year is already moving along fast and in just a few months again will be the annual Stars & Stripes Antique and Vintage Market held each year since 2015 at the Johnson County Fairgrounds located at the SW edge of Iowa City just off the Avenue of the Saints at Exit 89 then north (the only way you can go!) to the fairgrounds. Ample close by parking is readily available on the grounds in the north paved lot and the multi acre grassy/graveled area to the south that is usually filled to capacity each year with the thousands of people who attend and tour the show, buying and loading out many sought after items to add to their accumulations and collections. ... Our show features an annual array of about 70 -75 antique, vintage, collectable, farm junk, primitives, stoneware, pottery, artwork, glassware, furniture, refined quality, paper goods, advertising, jewelry, and many other categories of featured specialties that they bring to sell and you all love to buy! ... Ackermans July 4th Stars & Stripes antique and Vintage Market fills three buildings at the fairgrounds and spills over to outdoor dealers who set up under the trees and around the buildings on the grounds. ...
